What you can do:
Impacti allows you to invite users from all over the world into one centralized platform. Collaborate virtually with people across your organization in real-time and boost engagement during your annual GHG inventory process.
How it works
Checkout your notification center at the top right of the screen. Here you will stay up to date with all of your users’ activities.
Another form of communication in Impacti is by leveraging the Super User Comment box (only available to Admin users at the top organization entity) and the Comment thread for each data record in the Provide Data section.

Impacti will trigger a notification (and email) to the users associated with the entity during the following changes in reporting status:
When the inventory is “Submitted For Review”
When the inventory is changed to “Pending Updates” - here the user will be allowed to modify/change the inventory
When the inventory is changed to “Approved”

Below each data entry box you will notice the Comment section.
Here your users can discuss and provide further information/description of your data point. Afterwards you can find all of the comments at a glance in the Raw Data Summary table under the “Data” tab in the dashboard. By hovering over the comment you will be able to see the entire text.

The Super User Comment box is a feature available only to users with Admin access at the organization level. It allows you to add internal notes or comments that are visible only to other Admins. This is useful for sharing insights or decisions within your team without those comments being seen by users with roles like Manager, Data entry, or View only.
