Step 1: Build your Team
What you can do:
It’s a challenge to collect good data from across your organization, supply chain and projects. Impacti cuts out the back and forth emails and multiple data files by bringing everyone onto one platform.
You decide who will report each year, send us the file and we’ll upload your team structure onto the platform. From there, you’re in control to add, modify, and remove entities anytime and from year to year.
How it works
Click on “Teambuilder” on the top-left side.
A screen will appear with all entities for the selected reporting year. From here, you can modify your team structure at any time.
FAQs
-
Fill in this User Onboarding Template with the names of the reporting entities and assigned users. You can organize your entities into groupings, e.g. regions, programs - it’s up to you!
Send the template to discover@impacti.solutions once complete. The Impacti team will upload the file to get you started!

To add more entities to your Organization, click on thebeside your Organization name and choose “Add sub-entity”. A new entity pop-up window will appear where you can fill in the entity name, assign users, select if it's a grouping entity (Yes/No), and assign tags. Click SAVE and the new entity will appear in your team.

Find the entity you want to modify in TEAMBUILDER. You can use the search bar and type in the entity name for a rapid search. Then hover over the top-right corner of the entity that you want to edit. Click on the icon that appears and choose “Edit” from the dropdown menu. A pop-up window will appear where you can add/delete users, change status, or categorize it as a “grouping” entity.
-
You can easily move entities anytime. Simply hover over the box of the entity you want to move, left click and drag the box into its new location. This can be useful if the entity belongs to a different grouping or tier or is in the wrong place.

Has an office closed or merged with another office? Has a supplier contract ended? All entities are assigned an “Active” status when they are first created. To change this, click on in the top-right corner of the entity’s box and choose “Edit”. Click on “Active” and choose a new status from the dropdown menu. Current options include: Active, Suspended, Merged into another office, and Closed. Don’t see what you need? Contact us.

Was an entity created in mistake? You can correct that error fast. Hover over the top-right corner of the entity you want to remove and click on the icon that appears. Choose “Delete”. Be careful because all data for that entity will be deleted and lost forever.

A grouping entity, as the name suggests, is an entity used only to group other entities. For example, this feature can be used to create a region (e.g. Europe) under which you will group entities located in that region (e.g. France, Poland). No data can be collected for a grouping entity.
